Langkawi Cable Car

Located within the Oriental Village, the Langkawi Cable Car is known as a famous tourist attraction. It boasts a of single rope cable car at 950 meters which is considered of the world’s longest free span. It is built on Gunung Mat Cincang, the second tallest mountain in Langkawi making it able to see a beautiful view of Langkawi. At the top visitors can enjoy a spectacular 360 degrees panoramic view of the main island. There is also a café at the Top Station with unbeatable views that allow visitors to enjoy Sunsets at 708m above sea-level.

Dataran Lang (Eagle Square)

Eagle Square (Dataran Lang) is Langkawi’s most prominent landmark situated near Kuah Jetty. Standing at 12 metre high, is the magnificent huge statue of the reddish brown eagle that is spectacularly facing the sea. You can still see the Eagle statue clearly at night as it is radiantly illuminated at night. Besides the impressive statue of the eagle, this 19-acre park features well-landscaped gardens with scenic ponds and decorative bridges. This is definitely one of the Langkawi Island Attractions you wouldn't want to miss!

Langkawi Underwater World

One of the largest marine and fresh water aquaria in South East Asia, located at the southern end of the famous Cenang Beach, where you can find over 200 species of animals and marine life being exhibit, including harbour seals, rock hopper penguins, sharks, giant rays and the enormous Amazonian arapaima – the biggest freshwater fish in the world.

Pantai Cenang

Crocodile Farm

Nestled about 32km from Kuah town, the Langkawi Crocodile Farm covers an area of 20 acres and it houses more than 1,000 crocodiles and alligators with different species showcased in various ponds. The first pond is the Species Pond where you are able to see crocodiles and alligator species from all over the world, followed is the Breeding Pond, where you can see the crocodiles mate and nest their eggs. The Show Pond is where the daily Crocodile Vs Man “wrestle” show happens and the Bridge Pond is the largest section with lots of huge and active crocodiles. A bridge is built across the huge pond where visitors can get a closer look at the crocodiles from top. A visit to this farm will be a memorable experience in itself.

Telaga Tujuh (Seven Wells Waterfall)

Telaga Tujuh (Seven Wells Waterfall) is a spot where a freshwater stream cascades down about 90 metres via a series of seven natural pools. The over 600 steps climb from the lower falls becomes increasingly scenic the higher you go. The panoramic view from the top is very unique. Legend has it that fairies used to come down to frolic and bathe in these ponds thus giving it healing powers. One can have a swim or relax or soak their tired filthy feet into the cooling nature water and you can also enjoy the nature by seeing many exotic creatures such as long-tailed monkeys and squirrels.

Langkawi Bird Paradise

Langkawi Bird Paradise’s 5.5 acre park houses over 2500 birds from 150 species, including some of the world's rarest and most beautiful birds, such as Parrots, Flamingos, Peacocks and etc. The stroll through the park can take up a total of about two hours and along the way you will pass various beautiful sights including a 15 meter man-made waterfall where one can relax and enjoy the scenery. If you get tired, you'd sit down on the benches along the sidewalks. At the end of the walkway, you'd find a souvenir shop selling beautiful birds theme souvenirs.
